Pence Contractors Names Cowley Vice President

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – As Pence Contractors continues focused growth in both multifamily housing and senior living construction, we’re proud to share that Dan Cowley has been promoted to vice president.

Dan has spent nearly half of his 33-year construction career with Pence and bolstered the company’s work in these market sectors to a significant share of its 2022 business. He has also been instrumental in leading our team of project executives, project managers and superintendents who work in these areas. His new role will include continued emphasis on expanding Pence’s housing project portfolio and overseeing development of the operations team.

“Dan’s natural progression to VP will ensure we continue meeting client expectations in these market sectors and more,” said Paul Schulz, Pence’s CEO. “This move strategically positions us to continue taking on new project challenges and expanding our dedicated, diverse team in 2023 and beyond.”

Oregon-owned and operated, Pence Contractors is focused on Building Space for People to Flourish. We’re a general contracting firm with offices in Lake Oswego, Salem and Bend.
