Even Hotel Eugene

The roars from Autzen Stadium are just a few blocks away from EVEN Hotel in Eugene, Oregon where Pence recently built this unique new space. As a wellness hotel brand, EVEN brings 100 fitness-friendly guest rooms, pool, and a variety of fitness and health-focused amenities to an exciting new location. The hotel design boasts an athletic studio and Cork & Kale Market & Bar, which offers healthy eating options. Guest rooms are outfitted with vertical bars intended for resistance band training–a unique installation for our construction crews.

Construction began in Sept. 2017 and wrapped up in Feb. 2018. The construction marks the expansion of the EVEN Hotels brand from InterContinental Hotels Group to the West Coast, and Pence was proud to be part of the project. There are currently eight EVEN Hotels throughout the U.S., with three more expected to open soon in Seattle, Miami and Pittsburgh.
