Anthology of Beaverton

This 200,000-square-foot senior living community is comprised of 206-units offering luxury independent living, assisted living and memory care. Situated on 5.5 acres, it features modern finishes, two courtyards, formal dining, a bistro/bar, a fitness center, a pool, a theater, a game room, a beauty salon and in-house laundry. The project included self-performed concrete work, a composite roof, and post-tensioned and wood-framed walls. Delivered on time, the team provided $6.7 million in value engineering ideas, which incorporated $4.3 million to enhance cost efficiency without compromising quality.
