We are in the business of developing talented builders and making client goals a reality. Founded in 1949 as Dale Pence Contracting, our company is known for craftsmanship and relationships built on trust. We’ve grown the company from its roots in Salem, Oregon to work in Washington, Montana, California, Alaska, and North Dakota.

Since our early days, tilt-up concrete construction was a Pence specialty. Pence teams have managed more than 100 tilt-up projects ranging from schools to retail buildings.
