Verso Apartments

This five-story, 168,800-square-foot multifamily development features 173 modern residential units in a growing community. The project was constructed with four wood-framed levels over a concrete podium, and includes studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Designed to reflect the needs of urban living, the complex includes a central courtyard with outdoor games and cooking stations, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a Maker Space and EV car charging stations. Delivered on time and budget in just eight months, the project was a testament to Pence’s efficient planning and execution. 

Throughout preconstruction, Pence identified cost-saving measures that reduced project costs significantly without sacrificing quality. Structural optimizations helped streamline construction and safety was also a priority. When a subcontractor faced challenges due to a lack of safety staff and language barriers, Pence provided direct support, appointing a dedicated safety manager and bilingual employee to improve communication. Through smart solutions and strong partnerships, Verso now stands as a vibrant and thoughtfully executed addition to Beaverton’s urban landscape.
