This new senior living community is a five-story, 151,000-square-foot facility built on a compact, sloped site in urban Portland. The 115-unit residential campus is comprised of 80 assisted living apartments and 34 memory care beds,along with a full suite of amenities, including a bistro, salon, theater, fitness center and rooftop terrace. A 30,000-square-foot underground parking garage maximizes site efficiency. Despite tight site constraints and elevation challenges, the team maintained a strong safety record and delivered significant value engineering savings. High-end finishes and thoughtful design support both resident comfort and operational efficiency.
