Avamere Stafford Heights

The Stafford is a 130,000 square foot boutique retirement community in Lake Oswego for discerning seniors looking to retire in style. With a focus on first class amenities, warmth and comfort for its residents, the campus is filled with both large, grand spaces and small, secluded retreats.

The building is comprised of 93 units for independent living and 12 units for assisted living. The wood framed building was constructed above an underground parking structure to maximize space and convenience. Pence conducted campus site work including extensive soil erosion control and tree preservation measures to keep the campus serene and landscaped. Our efforts helped shape this outdoors-minded community into the
oasis it is.
