Quail Park Klamath Falls Memory Care

This the second project Living Care that Pence has had the honor of building. The new 30,000 square foot Quail Park Memory Care of Klamath Falls has been thoughtfully designed inside and out to meet the comfort and needs of their residents.

The new building is wood framed with a daylight basement for commercial operations. Consisting of 28 fully equipped units, with space for 36 beds. The memory care was built with an innovative layout and in a warm and elegant lodge style. Socializing areas are well appointed and include a putting green, gardening area, movie theater, salon and dining room. Themed neighborhoods to help with cognitive memory include a railroad crossing, deer in the park, and library. Exposed glue lam timbers were used in dining room with window wall over looking the community and lake. Simulated light clouds are timed to emulate circadian rhythms. Through-wall heating system PTACs are in all units. Quail Park also has a full commercial laundry, kitchen, and a bistro area. This project was completed ahead of schedule, opening a month early, and was constructed in 8 months.
