Rivermark Happy Valley

For our second project with innovative credit union, Rivermark, Pence provided a tenant improvement to a former optometrist office that became their Happy Valley location.

New partition walls, ceilings, soffits, flooring, painting and storefront were part of the overall space makeover. Some structural rework of roofing joists and support columns were required.

Pence met schedule and budget constraints with ease and enjoyed another positive process with Rivermark. Lessons learned from the first remodel in Beaverton allowed our team to foresee any complications and use the same subcontractors to make this project a success.
