Rivermark Community Credit Union

Rivermark Community Credit Union is known for being an innovator. As the first credit union in Oregon to offer Mobile Deposit and Biometric Login, it is no wonder. When faced with a complex, occupied-space project in 2015, Rivermark wanted an equally innovative construction partner to manage the process.

Pence was selected to remodel a Rivermark branch in Beaverton, Oregon; splitting the space in two. The branch operations needed to remain open while a secondary space was created and made ready for another occupant.

Three phases were necessary to complete this work safely for the credit union and its members. Pence utilized temporary entries, construction walls and clear egress pathways throughout the phases. This project was successful because we were able to employ innovative phasing solutions to complete construction without major disruption to the credit union members and staff.
