The Ackerly at Sherwood: Footings Being Poured

Pence’s second Ackerly senior living community project–The Ackerly at Sherwood–is moving right along. The team took advantage of the break in rain on Wednesday, April 4 to begin pouring footings on the 148,000 square foot building.

The Ackerly is a Rembold Property project and one of several senior living communities Pence is currently building.

Subcontractors Prairie Electric, MSI Plumbing and Willamette Valley Excavating are on site.
