The Rise/Central Apartments

Located in the heart of Beaverton, Oregon The Rise Central Apartments offer residents stunning views, upscale amenities and access to transportation. These lively urban scene apartments are minutes away from the Beaverton Central MAX Station and connect residents to a 20-minute train ride to Downtown Portland.

This project included the construction of two residential and retail mixed-use apartment structures totaling 288,000 square feet. Among these two buildings is a new city street that was created to give better access to residents residing in the complex.

The upscale buildings share similar amenities, but unique aesthetics, and each boasts 115 units with retail space. Each apartment comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, including washer and dryer. Most of the apartments have balconies with stunning views of Mt. Hood. Amenities include pet-wash station, bike storage rooms, rooftop terrace, 3,000 square foot fitness center equipped with the latest fitness equipment, and a penthouse lounge.
