Aniva Apartments

This project is new construction of a five-level 47,000 square foot transit-oriented development of 90 units in North Portland, Oregon. This market rate apartment complex has a total of 88 apartment units with a mixture of studio, 1-bedroom, and live/work unites. The ground floor common space includes a coffee bar and bike storage area.

Executed over 14 months in a high-density area presented opportunities and challenges for our team to achieve a schedule with laser-like precision. Coordination with P-BOT, Portland neighborhoods and traffic demanded our team maintain constant communication with subcontractors as deliveries were immediately put in place. Phasing and orchestration have been paramount to the success of Aniva.
