Women join construction firm's ownership group

It’s one thing to have women’s voices at the table when decisions are made. It’s another to have the voices of women owners.

Pence Construction recently elevated two women, Shannon Parker and Elisabeth Kenaston, to ownership roles. They’re the first women to achieve that rank in the company’s 73-year history. They join five other owners of the Lake Oswego-based contractor.
