Ground breaks on 60-unit Rose Garden apartment complex

Developers broke ground today on the Milano, a 60-unit apartment project near the Rose Garden at the corner of Northeast Multnomah Street and First Avenue. The Ankrom Moisan-designed building will feature small, efficient units and abundant bicycle parking. Pence expects to begin work on the site within the next couple of weeks and finish the project in nine months. More after the jump.
