We’ve stated to our clients, subcontractors and employees that Who We Are as a company includes both understanding and humility. Right now, we seek humility as we look to understand the pain of communities of color and our part in ending systemic racism. To our minority subcontractors, our employees of color, our diverse clients, and our community—we grieve with you.
