21 Astor Apartments

Astor 21 is a mid-rise mixed-use luxury residential building in Portland’s perennial trendy neighborhood, Nob Hill, situated on Northwest 23^rd. The four-story steel and wood framed structure features curved windows, tall ceilings, an eco-roof terrace and bio planter. The 27 mid-luxury apartment units provide 30 parking spaces via 15 car stacker units.
