Pence provided construction and design assistance for this new senior living community that includes 65 assisted living units, 12 Alzheimer’s apartments, and 14 cottages for independent living. The main building is a three-story, wood frame construction project, set on lush landscaped grounds with gardens and patios that are meant for resident care and comfort. The spacious cottages are equipped with kitchen, washer, dryer, HVAC and gas fireplace, and are just a short walk to activities and socializing in the assisted living building. A restaurant-style dining room and beauty salon add to the community’s active lifestyle.
