Capital Manor

Capital Manor provides residents a fulfilling, flexible retirement lifestyle with access to continued care as needs change over time. Pence was brought in to upgrade the 10-story residence tower that overlooks the Willamette River.

This project was completed in phases to cause the least disturbance possible. Phase one consisted of primarily new flooring and painting in the common spaces and corridors. Phase two was similar with interior remodel upgrades to the common spaces in the three-story Manor Care building (including the Memory Care and special needs section of the building). Upgrades also included new casework and lighting fixtures in the dining area, new casework in the common area of the second floor of the Manor Care building.
