Cascade Steel Rolling Mills

To date, Pence has constructed 16 unique projects in excess of 350,000 SF for Cascade Steel Rolling Mills. Those projects include numerous additions, remodels and expansions throughout the McMinnville site, dating back to 1994. Highlights include multiple storage warehouses, rolling buildings, cooling buildings and a housing center featuring extensive concrete work and equipment platforms to contain Cascade’s highly computerized and automated melt shop.
