Chemeketa College Yamhill Valley

The Chemeketa Yamhill Valley Campus incorporated a new, 59,000 square foot facility and multiple remodels into one CM/GC project. The project phasing approach was designed to facilitate the needs of the college faculty and classroom schedules. Each separate area was coordinated to begin and complete construction so classes could start on time.

This building is featured as a satellite campus of Chemeketa’s main campus in Salem. A key part of this program demands that all coursework in Chemeketa’s catalog is represented in this building, so residents of Yamhill county can achieve their academic goals completely at the Yamhill Valley Campus. The building rests underneath the existing old growth Oak trees and looks out over the farmland of the Yamhill Valley. Building users of classrooms, conference rooms, and offices have one of the best views of the great wine country and scenery that makes up this unique part of the state.
