Our team provided design and constructability assistance to help devise a successful plan for erecting this 44,000 square foot, mid-rise office building on a historic riverbed site. Full-height articulated precast concrete panels required an emphasis on safety. Putting them in place compromised the adjacent street and attention to the surrounding traffic was important. Despite the seeming difficulty of that task, these panels were a cost-effective solution that made the project viable for the owner.

An architectural exterior feature included inset bricks into the site cast concrete exterior panels. Interior improvements included high-end floor, wall, and ceiling finishes and details.
