McMinnville High School Ph3

McMinnville High School, located in McMinnville, Oregon received a major renovation and expansion after the district passed a bond in 2016. Pence Construction partnered with McMinnville School District, Cornerstone Project Management, and DOWA-IBI Group Architects to add new space and renovate the existing school. The renovation included new flooring, new interior paint, mechanical upgrades, an updated cafeteria, and an updated fire alarm system. The 120,000 square-feet of new construction consisted of a new Career Technical Center (CTC), a new state-of-the-art gymnasium, and a new field house. Pence completed the project within schedule and under budget and even reimbursed $662,000 to the school district.
