Necanicum Village

Set on a secluded and wooded five and a half acre site, Necanicum Village is a 50,000 square foot, two-story wood frame structure that was designed to blend with the surrounding coastal architecture.  This facility has 68 residential units with kitchenettes for assisted living guests, a dining area, fully equipped high-end commercial kitchen, two activities areas, library and media room, and a full service salon. The facility includes 27 additional units for memory care patients.
