OSU Campus Operations Center

This 60,000 SF building serves as OSU’s central shop, warehouse, and storage facility for campus operations, providing fueling services, maintenance bays, and vehicle yards for servicing campus equipment. Our team led extensive preconstruction efforts, including an RFP process for the metal building subcontractor. The project included decommissioning underground fuel tanks, improving site circulation, and integrating service parking and equipment zones. Specialized systems include two bridge cranes and a dust collection system with spark and explosion prevention for the carpentry shop.
