South Salem High School Bid Packages 2 & 3

This full-scale school renovation and revitalization was completed in just 50 working days. Pence’s team proudly modernized the 300,000-square-foot facility with major mechanical and plumbing upgrades, including replacing 22,000 square feet of outdated metal windows with new aluminum storefront and double-hung windows. Additional improvements included new flooring, fresh paint throughout, upgraded theater lighting, locker room tile repairs, and a resurfaced parking lot with updated striping and signage.  

Beyond renovations, the project included two major additions: A new performing arts center and Career Technical Education (CTE) wing with modern science labs and an auxiliary gym. Despite the tight summer schedule, Pence delivered the project on time, transforming the school into a modern, comfortable space for students and staff. More than just a renovation, this project was an investment in the future that will strengthen both the school and community for decades to come.
