New corporate offices for Superior Tire Services include 4,800 square feet of offices and reception area and a 9,600 square foot service garage and tire storage area. The building also provides 27,900 square feet of future tenant space. An open joist ceiling in the reception area is set off by slate tile flooring and alder cabinets. Relite windows provide a view to the service bays from the client waiting area.
