The Ackerly at Sherwood is Pence’s second senior living community with developer Rembold Properties.  Located in the Tualatin Valley, this three-story, 148,000 square foot property consists of 135-units including 107 assisted care and 28 memory care units.  

 With spacious studios, one and two–bedroom units with full kitchens, full bathrooms, and prefabricated aluminum walkout balconies in select units The Ackerly offers diverse opportunities for living preferences. The combination of structural steel and wood framing throughout adds a unique architectural element to the space.   

 Offering the full continuum of care from Independent Living to Assisted Living to Memory Care, The Ackerly ensures residents won’t need to move far as their needs evolve. Available to residents is a full-service salon, centralized common lounges, wellness suite, bistro, fully operational restaurant with outdoor seating and gas fireplace, bocce ball court, dog park, and other exciting amenities.
