The Ackerly at Timberland is a new six-story 147 unit senior living community in the Cedar Mill neighborhood of Beaverton, Oregon. Offering the full continuum of care from Independent and Assisted Living to Memory Care, The Ackerly ensures residents won’t need to move facilities as they age and require more assistance.

Rooms include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom independent living and assisted living apartments ranging from 400 to 1,200 square feet, and private and companion memory care suites ranging from 300 to 650 square feet. This community features two on-site restaurants, a full service bar, gym, salon, theater, and health and wellness center.
