Avamere St. Helens

Avamere at St. Helens serves the full spectrum of senior living from memory care to independent living and most options in between. This new 66-unit building houses independent living and memory care. It consists of three stories of wood frame construction with brick and stone accents.

The unique assisted living tower adds an architectural highlight to the campus and provides a place for residents to enjoy the sunshine. As the Construction Manager/ General Contractor, Pence joined forces with the developer and architect during design for ongoing budget development, plan review, scheduling and value engineering. The sitework on this job was particularly important as the community is focused on giving its residents small oasis retreats to enjoy throughout the campus.
