Orchards Village

The Orchards Village Assisted Living Facility, a Farmington Group Project, was designed to provide independent living, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s care opportunities to the area’s senior population. The 98,000 square foot, three-story wood framed building is complemented by seven separate independent duplex homes. The overall campus these buildings create also includes a rose garden, community garden, and picnic area. The project also included 30,000 square feet of medical office buildings to support the residents.
