Adventist Parkrose Medical Office

As one of the largest employers on the East-side of Portland, Adventist Health continues their mission to make healthcare more readily available with their new 2 story, 23,027 square foot, Parkrose Medical Office Plaza.

Adventist’s focus for the building was to provide a variety of health care services in a single outpatient access setting. The over-arching intent was to create a space for wellness and health. The building, sited on the new Halsey Square development at 122nd and Halsey in East Portland, features primary care, laboratory services, physical therapy, blood draw, radiology, and occupational medicine. The new Medical Plaza has a light, open-air floor plan with a handsome atrium, staff lounge, training rooms and offices.

Over a year of preconstruction and planning has produced this beautiful Class A medical office building which we constructed in only 8 months.
