Capital Manor Memory Care Expansion & Villas

Capital Manor, the only non-profit Life Plan Community in Salem, partnered with Pence Construction and LRS Architects to conduct a five-phase expansion of its existing campus. 

The new Memory Care building added 27,000 square feet of secure living quarters for residents including a dining room, courtyard with unique water feature, and high end finishes. 

Bungalow units contributed 79,196 square feet of living space to the property. The Westside Villa neighborhood includes 17 duplexes offering two distinct layouts with finishes selected by tenants, and options for garages and porches. Two floor plan offerings gave tenants more to choose from and now all 34 spaces are occupied. 

The surrounding campus was fenced and landscaped, showcasing the need for safety and beauty in an ever-growing community.
