Conoco Phillips Dickinson Field Office

The Field Office in Dickinson North Dakota is the addition of a 25,000 SF pre-engineered metal building expansion to the existing 10,000 SF office Conoco Phillips currently occupies. The project includes a multitude of offices, collaborative work spaces, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and a large gathering space for approximately 300 attendees. Additional upgrades were also made to the existing office to better suit their growing needs.
