This new, three-story, 86,000 square foot clinic/ administration complex for Multnomah County included medical and dental clinics, center for people with disabilities, and senior care center. The design accommodates special accessibility and program needs of a variety of groups, including people with disabilities, older adults, and children. In addition to healthcare facilities, the building includes a dining area.
