The Pacifica

This project was new construction of an 8-story mixed-use condominium tower in a half mile riverfront community adjacent to The Pearl District bordering Portland Oregon’s Willamette River. The new post-tensioned concrete tower provides 74 high end condominium units, ground floor retail and 47,000 sf of underground parking. The condos are finished with some of the finest materials including engineered hardwood floors, slab granite counter tops, European fixtures, large soaking tubs and expansive views of both city and river views.
